Illinois State University Hockey Welcomes Giovanni Gulino

Illinois State Redbirds welcome Giovanni Gulino to the family! Gulino, a 6′-0″ 175lb forward is a Franklin Park, IL native. He joins the Redbirds after a successful season with the Chicago Cougars of the USPHL Premier division.

Gulino chose ISU because It’s not far from home and he really like the campus. He also have a lot of friends that go there already. He intends to be an Exercise Science major. His favorite coach was Josh Dallmann and his biggest supporters are his family, especially his grandpa. Gulino’s favorite hockey memory is beating Wheaton West to advance to the final four in state his senior year.
